Josefina Bonsundy is a multicultural leader whose life and work span continents, cultures, and sectors. Born in Equatorial Guinea and raised in Spain and the United Kingdom, she has lived and worked across Spain, Brazil, Israel, France, Egypt, and the United States, grounding her mission in a deep understanding of global identity, migration, and belonging.
She is the founder of Rootencial, a platform that spotlights African heritage, creativity, talent and potential to reshape global narratives about Africa and its diaspora. Across her career in the charitable sector and international organisations, Josefina has focused on helping people protect and build legacy: personal, cultural, and intergenerational. Her work bridges African roots with global opportunities, championing empowerment, representation, and community growth.
